“Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart knows no fear. Even if they attack me, I remain confident.” Psalms 27:3 (NLT)
For many people, fear of failure is an every day fear. People fear that they will fail at their jobs, at their relationships, in their finances, etc. A lot of people may look confident around others, but in their hearts they are very afraid. The above verse tells us that confidence comes from what is in our hearts.
So what is in your heart? Do you have the confidence that God will help you through any situation that arises in your life? Are you willing to trust that he will deliver you from all the trying times?
“In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we learned not to rely on ourselves, but on God who can raise the dead. And he did deliver us from mortal danger. And we are confident that he will continue to deliver us.” 2 Corinthians 2:9-10 (NLT)
It is very important for you to rely on God. He is the one that gives us our confidence. If you can believe in your heart that He can raise the dead, then you can believe in your heart that he can lead you through any situation with your job, your relationships, your finances, etc. Hand all of these situations over to Him. Know that He will guide you through them and then you will become confident through Him.
